1. Which payment methods are accepted?
We currently only accept credit card payments and PayPal.
2. What are your shipping options and how long will it take?
All orders will take approximately 2-3 business days to process, and shipping will take:
Economy Shipping: delivery 10-15 business days after processing;
PREMIUM Shipping: delivery 6-9 business days after processing;
USA, CA, AU and Worldwide:
EXPRESS: 6-10 business days after processing, ECONOMY: 10-20 business days after processing
*Shipping time excludes clearance/customs delays (if applicable)
Note: We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.
3. Shipping insurance
We are offering shipping insurance for an extra fee. You can select it when choosing shipping method.
Insurance is valid when the package is lost, damaged, stolen during transportation. In these cases, we will offer you a replacement or a money refund deducting the insurance fee.
If your package was lost because of your fault (e.g. wrong shipping address), the replacement or money refund will not be given.
4. How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order is shipped, it will be marked as complete in our database and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
5. I haven't received my order yet! Is it lost?
No worries! We have you covered. If you have any concerns with your order, please contact our support team by email and they will be glad to assist you. Most emails are answered within 1 business day.
